Under our biomedical division, we aim to provide high quality innovative smart wearable orthotics devices to cater the need of patients with various common orthopaedic problems. Our vision is to orchestrate an ongoing biomedical innovation process with active involvement of clinicians and biomedical engineers in our R&D team, to deliver better health care devices to improve the patient care and satisfaction. We have already filed patent (India) for one of such innovative technology in collaboration with a group of leading orthopaedic surgeons in Kerala.
We aim to launch our company with a handful of innovative smart orthotics which could provide cutting edge technology to assist speedy recovery and rehabilitation following various orthopaedic conditions and surgeries. We aim to provide a sustainable model in this regard by having an ongoing biomedical innovation with involvement of field specialists including clinicians. In addition to the direct sales of our novel biomedical equipments/orthotics, we also plan to execute a rental based business model centring major health care centres across our country. We also plan to incorporate the concept of ‘recycling’ in orthotics as a significant amount of resource wastage has been identified in the current mode of orthotics manufacturing and distribution. Various reusable materials in the orthotics could be recycled after each patients use which could help in reducing production cost and financial burden to end customers.
