Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on Total order value. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
- Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
CHARIS will not accept any returns due to a change of mind.
3.2 Damaged product Refund
Charis Remedies Private Limited (charis) will happily honour any damage claims within 7 days of receipt of product. Some of our products are hygroscopic in nature. If Moisture is found in any of the tablets Please contact our support team to get it replaced or refunded.
Customers will be required to send photos of the damaged product to our support team at support@charisremedies.com
Upon Investigation by our support team you can expect CHARIS to process your claim within 3 days.

Charis Remedies Private Limited (Charis) will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
